$150/NIGHT - double occupancy minimum two nights stay

$175/NIGHT - double occupancy minumum 2 night stay

To reserve your holiday accommodation we require first night's fee to be secured with your credit card. If booking for a week or more, we require a pre-payment of 50%. If cancelling a booking at least 14 days prior to the reservation, your deposit is refunded to you less a $75 cancellation fee.
Our Policies.... for both vacation homes
* Check in time: 2 PM and Check out time: 11 AM (special arrangements may be made should you require different times) * Please leave the home in the same condition as you received it. That means all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, counters, sinks, oven, stove, microwave are cleaned, and the home left tidy. (Linens and towels will be cleaned and sanitized by your hostess). If home is left in extreme dirty conditions, a cleaning fee may be charged.
* No smoking and no pets.
* Fresh bedding linens and towels are provided and will be changed every 3-4 days for those of you who are staying a week or more.
* For long term stays, extra housekeeping is provided for a nominal fee.
